this is the building project i've been working on for the last 9 months in Dorset, UK, set in 350 acres of woodland.
Charley Brentnall was running it and we were a team of 10 most of the time with volunteer architects learning building skills too. fantastic bunch of people. A new friend, nazomi nakabayashi, was the 'last standing' designer of it and she helped build it too.




really happy with the way it's turned out, especially the outside. doubt there will ever be another one built though, hard to imagine anything more complex. - there was a lot of head-scratching.........and a few curses. Trusses in larch, cladding is in western red cedar sourced from the surrounding woodland.
